Our firm issues a quarterly newsletter for our clients and contacts. Our Information Technologies Newsletter (La Lettre du Cabinet – Technologies de l’Information) is usually organized around the following topics: Computer law, Internet law, Privacy and data protection and Intellectual property. It is published in French. The purpose of this newsletter is to provide information to our clients about the latest developments in IT law, including regulatory news and case law.

Presented on anti-piracy over the internet, 10th European forum on intellectual property, Paris (March 2005)

Presented to a working group organized by Forum des Droits sur l’Internet (FDI) on Cultural goods which published a legal recommendation entitled “On-line brokerage and cultural goods” (July 2004)
